\u00a0These included running in the Archbishop Spalding annual &#8220;turkey trot&#8221; fund raiser. \u00a0This year all four of us walked or ran the course. \u00a0My knees protested the last mile, but I completed the run.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bucksurdu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1856.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We found a gingerbread village kit at Michael&#8217;s, which Sam assembled and decorated while Tom was busy with one of his friends. \u00a0On Black Friday we decorated the house for Christmas, including setting up our Christmas tree. \u00a0For the past ten years or so, we have been decorating on Black Friday. \u00a0I think it is too early, because it is no longer novel or special when Christmas rolls around, but we did the same this year, because we wanted Tom to participate.<\/p>\n<p
