Worlds Flash Gordon Kickstarter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone who knows me knows that I am a sucker for Flash Gordon. \u00a0I love the old serials (three of them), the old comics, and I can even tolerate that campy 1970s movie. \u00a0So, when the Savage Worlds Flash Gordon Kickstarter occurred, I jumped on the bandwagon to get the figures. \u00a0 I have just about every other manufacturer&#8217;s Flash Gordon figures, but you can never had too many Flash Gordon figures &#8212; at least that&#8217;s what I tell my wife.<\/p>\n<p>Since I have been home this week (first of several), I have been getting some painting done in the evenings. \u00a0Last night I finished the Flash Gordon figures from the Kickstarter.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8453\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8453\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bucksurdu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_5669.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8453\" src=\"http:\/\/bucksurdu.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_5669-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" book colors. \u00a0The figures have nice animation and styling that is consistent with the Alex Raymon drawings.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8454\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8454\" \u00a0I&#8217;m not overly happy with how the wings turned out on Voltan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>And for some reason when I pulled these figures out of the to-be-painted box, I also pulled this Superman figure. \u00a0I don&#8217;t know where it came from or who was the manufacturer, but I painted it up anyway. \u00a0I don&#8217;t even play superhero games; although, <em>To Be Continued&#8230; by GASLIGHT<\/em> has rules for Pulp-era superheroes. \u00a0Does anyone know who made this figure?<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8456\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8456\"
